Understanding AI review keywords
When the AI review keywords feature is enabled, the Reviews Widget automatically extracts and displays the most significant keywords from each review. It also visualizes the satisfaction level for each keyword, ensuring that potential buyers can understand the core sentiment of a review without having to read through lengthy descriptions.

Keyword display criteria
Keywords are categorized and displayed based on the scores generated through Sentiment Analysis. The criteria for each category are as follows:
- Positive Keywords: Displays keywords with a sentiment score of [5 - Strongly Positive] or [4 - Positive]. These are listed in the same order as they appear in the sentiment analysis report.
- Neutral Keywords: Displays keywords with a sentiment score of [3 - Neutral].
- Negative Keywords: Displays keywords with a sentiment score of [2 - Negative] or [1 - Strongly Negative].
How to enable AI review keywords
Follow these steps to enable and customize the AI keywords display on your product pages.
- Navigate to the Product reviews tab and locate the Reviews style widget section.
- Click the Settings button next to the widget you wish to edit.
- Locate the Enable AI Review Keywords option in the configuration menu. Check the box to activate the feature.
- You can customize the display title for AI review keywords to better align with your store’s branding.
- Click Save.
