The AI Reviews Summary feature utilizes sentiment analysis to provide shoppers with a quick look at the pros and cons of a product. Instead of reading through dozens of reviews, customers can see summarized highlights and key phrases extracted directly from the review content.

- The AI Reviews Summary can only be positioned at the top of the Reviews Widget.
- Only reviews that have completed AI sentiment analysis are eligible for inclusion in the summary.
- Reviews that are set to "Hidden" are automatically excluded from the summary generation.
Summary requirements
To maintain the quality and accuracy of the summaries, specific conditions must be met for products and reviews.
- Initial Summary Generation: A product must have at least 10 reviews containing text content and at least 1 order recorded within the last 3 months.
- Weekly Updates: Summaries are updated once per week if the product has received 30 or more new reviews within the past month.
Setting up AI reviews summary
Follow these steps to enable and customize the AI summary display on your product pages.
Settings > Widget settings
- Navigate to the Product reviews tab and locate the Reviews style widget section.
- Click the Settings button next to the widget you wish to edit.
- Check the box for Enable top part of Reviews widget, then toggle the AI Review Summary option to ON.
- If you prefer to only show positive feedback, you can uncheck the Enable negative review summary option to hide negative summary points.
- Click Save.
