About the Verified Buyer badges
The Verified Buyer badge is applied to reviews written by customers who have purchased the product from your store. CREMA uses order data received from your eCommerce platform to verify the purchase and reviewer.
Here’s how the Verified Buyer badge appears in the widget. You can replace it with a custom image that better fits your brand.
You can also enable the Verified Buyer filter to display only reviews from verified purchasers.
How to configure the Verified Buyer badges
You can control the visibility of the Verified Buyer badge and filter, as well as customize the badge image to align with your brand.
- Go to Settings → General settings → Widgets(general).
- Toggle the Display the "Verified Buyer" badge on main widgets option to show or hide the badge on supported widgets.
- You can upload your own image to replace the default badge.
- Please follow these requirements:
- Only JPG or PNG format is supported.
- Image height must be between 14 and 140px. It will be displayed at 14px height in the widget.
- The aspect ratio must not exceed 1:7 (height:width).
