Add Prohibited Words
β IMPORTANT
Customers are not allowed to upload any reviews containing prohibited words.
- Navigate to the Review β Settings tab, then click General settings β Management features.
- In the Advanced settings section, enter the specific words you wish to prohibit in the Prohibited words settings field.
- Click Save.
- If customers attempt to submit reviews containing prohibited words, an alert pop-up will appear, and the review will not be uploaded.
Set Profanity and Explicit Language Filter

Profanity words in reviews will be automatically replaced with the words you define.
- Click Add keyword(s) within the Profanity filter menu.
- Type the profanity words in the Original keyword(s) field and the replacement text in the Filtered keyword(s) field.
- Click Save.
- Reviews will be displayed in the Reviews Widget with the profanity filter applied as shown below.
