CREMA encourages merchants to publish all relevant reviews to increase transparency. You can choose from three different publishing methods—automatic, manual, or AI-filtered—and manually hide reviews that are inappropriate or irrelevant.

STEP 1. Configure publishing settings
Review > Settings > General settings
You can determine how new reviews are handled immediately after they are submitted. The default setting is Publish all reviews immediately after registration.
- Navigate to Management features > Show advanced settings.
- Locate the Publishing settings for new reviews section and select one of the following:
- Publish all reviews immediately after registration: Reviews go live on your storefront instantly.
- Publish manually after admin review: Reviews are held as "Hidden" until you manually approve them.
- Publish automatically after AI review: Reviews are analyzed by AI, and only those identified as positive are published automatically.

What happens if I select "Publish manually after admin review"?
👉 All new customer reviews will be set to a "Hidden" state by default. They will not appear on your storefront until you explicitly approve and publish them from the Manage all reviews menu.
How does "Publish automatically after AI review" work?
👉 The CREMA AI analyzes the sentiment of each review. If the AI determines the content is positive, it publishes it immediately. Reviews that seems to be negative are held for your manual review.
Can I change my publishing method at any time?
👉 Yes. You can change your preference in the General settings menu at any time. The change will apply to all reviews submitted after the new setting is saved.
