Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What happens if I select "Publish manually after admin review"?
π All new reviews submitted by customers will be held in a pending state (Hidden). They will not be visible on your storefront until you explicitly approve and publish them from the Reviews&rewards section.
How does "Publish automatically after AI review" work?
π The CREMA AI analyzes the sentiment and content of each review. If the AI determines a review is positive, it is published immediately. Reviews that are not identified as positive are held for your manual review, ensuring only your best feedback is shown automatically.
Can I change my publishing method at any time?
π Yes. Simply go back to the Publishing settings for new reviews menu and select a different option. The change will apply to all reviews submitted after the setting is saved.
