Supported Languages
CREMA Review allows you to localize your review interface to better serve your target audience. You can select one of the following five languages for your widget display:
- Korean (KR)
- English (EN)
- Japanese (JP)
- Simplified Chinese (CN)
- Traditional Chinese (TW)
How Language Settings Are Applied
When a specific language is selected, every user interface (UI) element within the review widget—including buttons, submission forms, and sort filters—will be displayed in that language. This ensures that customers can navigate the review section effortlessly in their native or preferred language.
âť— IMPORTANT
- The widget language is initially configured based on the selection made during the onboarding phase.
- Only one language can be applied per account. It is not currently possible to display multiple languages simultaneously within a single store account.
