Defining which reviews to display in the Display Widget

There are two distinct ways you can define which reviews are displayed in your Display Widget:

STEP 1. Tag reviews

Review > Settings > Widget settings

You can precisely control which specific reviews appear in your display widgets by applying and managing Reviews Tags. This allows you to either exclusively show reviews with certain tags or hide reviews with other designated tags.

  1. Go to Review → Settings → Widget settings.
  2. Click Settings on the desired display widget section that you want to customize.

  3. From the Displayed reviews settings section, select the tag(s) you want for Display selected tags only and Hide selected tags.

STEP 2. Set reviews to be displayed first when sort by ‘AI-recommended’

This feature is primarily utilized within the Best Reviews Widget to ensure specific reviews appear at the top of the list when the sorting option is set to ‘AI-recommended’.

Continuing from the Widget settings page:

  1. Click Add review(s) to be displayed first and then search for the specific reviews you wish to prioritize for display.

❗ IMPORTANT

To ensure this feature functions correctly and displays your selected reviews first, you must select ‘AI-recommended’ as the default sorting option for the widget.
