STEP 1. Create and upload the file

Open the
CREMA standard template
and click Make a copy.

Fill in your reviews accordingly.

Enter the reviews starting from row 5.
- Required columns, which are marked with a blue background, must be filled in order to upload the reviews.

header columns (row 1~4) is prohibited.

Enter the reviews starting from row 5.

Save the file as a CSV.
- Ensure the encoding option is set to UTF-8 when saving the CSV.

To upload the file, navigate to the CREMA admin page, then go
to:
Review > Review management > Import reviews > Upload file - Choose Other review for Type of CSV files.

Navigate to the location where your file is saved and click
Upload.
STEP 2. View the import log
You can view the history of your review imports and manage the imported reviews in the Import log tab.
Available components are as following:

Source
- The type of CSV file that you uploaded.

Date
- The date the CSV file and the date that the import was completed.

Status
- Pending : The import is waiting to begin.
- Importing : The import is currently in progress.
- Imported : The import has been successfully completed.
- Failed : The import has completely failed.
- Partially failed : Some reviews have been successfully imported, while others failed.

Result
- Indicates the number of reviews that were successfully imported and those that failed.
- If the import failed, the failure reason will be displayed in the Result field.

Uploaded file
- You can download the uploaded file by clicking the Download file button.

Manage reviews
- See reviews : Click the button to view the reviews imported in this import.
- Delete reviews : Click the button to delete all reviews imported in this import.

Import error
- You can download the error report by clicking the Download report button to review and fix the errors. After addressing the errors in your file, please upload it again.
STEP 3. Fix errors
If some reviews failed to be imported, you can fix the errors and try uploading again.
- In the Import log tab, click the Download report button. A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.

Use the error_message column in the downloaded
report to identify the issues and make the necessary fixes.
Once you've made the changes, you can either delete this column or leave it as it is - CREMA will still be able to read your file. - Save the file in CSV Format.
- Click Upload to try the upload again.
Tips for Importing Reviews
- Imported reviews will be tagged as 'Imported'.
- A maximum of 100,000 reviews can be uploaded at once.
- Text reviews will be uploaded immediately, while photo/video reviews may take additional time to appear in the reviews panel. Please contact CREMA support if the processing takes longer than 1 hour.
