You can import your existing reviews from your previous review solution apps easily, so you can present all reviews collected outside CREMA.
❗IMPORTANT
- Supported providers are Shopify Product Reviews and Judge.me.
- If you have reviews from other sources, please upload the reviews using CREMA template.
To import your reviews from your previous sources :
- From Review tab, go to Review management.
- Click Import reviews.

In Upload file tab, select your previous review solution apps that you want to import review from and upload CSV file.
- Click Upload.

The import result will be shown on Import log tab.
