Exporting data from CREMA

You can export the data from CREMA database to your email as a CSV file.

The available data types for export include :

  • Reviews data
  • Products data

 

❗IMPORTANT

  • It may take up to 1 day for the exported data to arrive in your email inbox.
  • Please ensure that you securely store the file password, as we do not retain any password information.

Export the data

To export data, follow these steps :

  1. Headover to Review → Export data → Request for data tab.
  2. Select the desired data type and data period for export.
    ⌘ You can download max 12 months data at a time.
  3. Set a password for CSV zip file containing the exported data.
    ⌘ The password must be between 10 and 16 characters long and include at least two of the following: uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, or special characters (!@$%^&*).
  4. Enter the email address where you want the data to be sent.
  5. Click Send via email.

 

View the sending history

You can view the sending history under the Send log tab. This section provides a record of all previously exported data requests from the past 365 days, including today.

 

Available components for each data

The following data components are available for export:

  • Reviews Data
    • Review ID, Review code, Order number, Review date, Purchased date, Fulfilled date, Review text, Customer ID, Customer name, Customer grade, Custom questions, Product number, Product name, Product price, Product option, Reward, Rewarded date, Review submission, Rating, Tag, Number of photos, Number of videos, Photo URL, Video URL, Number of comments, Comment text
  • Products Data
    • Product number, Product name, Group product, Number of staff reviews, Number of featured reviews, Product URL, Number of reviews, Number of photos/videos, Review submission rate, Rating
