STEP 1. Uploading your review file
- You can use a CSV file exported from another review app or download the CREMA standard template to manually organize your data.
- Ensure your file is saved in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding to prevent text errors.
- Navigate to the Review management > Import reviews > Upload file tab.
- Select your CSV file and click Upload. CREMA AI will automatically detect the file structure and normalize the data for a successful import.
STEP 2. Monitoring the import log
You can view the history of your review imports and manage the imported reviews in the Import log tab.
Available components are as following:

- The type of CSV file that you uploaded.

- The date the CSV file and the date that the import was completed.

- Pending : The import is waiting to begin.
- Importing : The import is currently in progress.
- Imported : The import has been successfully completed.
- Failed : The import has completely failed.
- Partially failed : Some reviews have been successfully imported, while others failed.

Result
- Indicates the number of reviews that were successfully imported and those that failed.
- If the import failed, the failure reason will be displayed in the Result field.

Uploaded file
- You can download the uploaded file by clicking the Download file button.

Manage reviews
- See reviews : Click the button to view the reviews imported in this import.
- Delete reviews : Click the button to delete all reviews imported in this import.

Import error
- You can download the error report by clicking the Download report button to review and fix the errors. After addressing the errors in your file, please upload it again.
STEP 3. Fixing import errors
If an import result shows failures, you can download a detailed report to identify and fix the issues.
- In the Import log tab, click Download report.
- Open the file and check the error_message column to see why specific rows failed.
- Correct the data in the CSV file, save it, and re-upload it through the Upload file tab.

- The maximum limit for a single upload is 100,000 reviews.
- Text reviews appear almost immediately, but photos/videos may take up to 1 hour to process.
- Imported reviews are automatically tagged with an 'Imported' label for easy filtering.
