Adding Custom Questions to your review requests

This article will guide you to add custom questions to your review requests.

❗IMPORTANT

The Custom Questions are associated with the collections in your Shopify store.
Therefore, the Custom Question will be applied to all products in a collection.
You can add different Custom Questions to different collections.

From Reviews → Settings tab :

1. Go to General settings → Management features.
2. Click 'Custom question' settings button to manage the Custom Questions.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Add items to add a Custom Question.
   • Click Select items if you want to use general questions forms which are available by default, such as height, weight, skin types, etc.
   • You can also create your own Custom Questions by entering the display name and selecting the types. Learn more about the available types of Custom Questions here.
     
     
     
4. Select the category to display or not to display the Custom Questions in Category and Category blocklist field.
5. Click Save.
