What are the benefits of using review tags?
π Review tags help you to categorize and group your customer reviews based on various criteria such as product features, customer sentiment, or specific promotions. This not only improves organization and makes review management easier but also allows you to filter and display specific, relevant reviews on your storefront using display widgets, enhancing the shopping experience for your customers.
Can I create new tags if my desired tag doesn't exist?
π Yes, you can easily create new tags. When adding tags to a single review, you can use the search field to look for existing tags. If the tag you wish to use is not listed, simply type your new tag into the field and click Add tags to create it on the fly. This newly created tag will then be available for future use.
