STEP 1. Assign Featured Reviews
- From the Review tab, navigate to Review management > Reviews&rewards.
- Locate the review you wish to highlight and click the Manage > Select as featured review(s) button.
STEP 2. Change the Display Order of Featured Reviews
If you have assigned more than one Featured review for a specific product, you can customize their display order.
- From the Review tab, proceed to Review management > Manage by product.
- Click the Add/manage review > Manage featured review button for the product whose reviews you want to reorder.
