Setting Featured reviews

This article guides how to assign and change the display order of Featured reviews.

 

❗IMPORTANT

You have to set the default sorting option of the Reviews Widget to Featured to use Featured reviews feature.

Assign Featured reviews

  1. From Review tab, go to Review management → Reviews&rewards.
  2. Click Manage → Select as featured review(s) button of the review you want to highlight.

 

Change the display order of Featured reviews

If you assign more than 1 Featured reviews for a product, you can also set the order of them.

  1. From Review tab, head over to Review management → Manage by product.
  2. Click Add/manage review → Manage featured review button of the product you want to manage.

    ❗IMPORTANT
    You have to assign Featured reviews to the product before changing the order.



  3. Set the order of Featured reviews to be displayed on the Reviews Widget by dragging them.


  4. You can also check the checkbox of Featured reviews you want to configure and click Move to change the order.
  5. Enter the display order you want.
