- To utilize the Featured reviews feature, you must first set the default sorting option of the widgets on the product pages to AI-recommended.
STEP 1. Assigning featured reviews
Review > Review management > Reviews&rewards
- From the Review tab, navigate to Review management > Reviews&rewards.
- Locate the review you wish to highlight and click the Manage > Select as featured review(s) button.
STEP 2. Changing the display order of featured reviews
If you have assigned more than one Featured review for a specific product, you can customize their display order.
Review > Review management > Manage by product
- From the Review tab, proceed to Review management > Manage by product.
- Click the Add/manage review > Manage featured review button for the product whose reviews you want to reorder.

- You must have already assigned Featured reviews to the product before attempting to change their display order.
- Set the order of the Featured reviews to be displayed on the widgets by directly dragging them into your desired positions.
