Custom Questions appear in the Reviews Widget on product pages and provide customers with helpful information. Feedback collected can also be useful for brands’ strategic decision.

Available question and answer types
CREMA provides a standard list of custom questions and answers that are usually used in various industries. You can choose the questions from the list or create your own questions.
Available question and answer types are as following :

Submitted reviews with custom questions will be displayed in the Reviews Widget. It allows visitors to get additional information which is helpful in making purchase decisions.
Custom Field filters
This feature allows visitors to filter reviews for specific answers to custom review form questions. It helps visitors to focus on reviews written by customers who share common characteristics and intent, such as age, height, skin type, etc.
