Automated Review Request Emails

You can collect reviews from your customers using CREMA’s automated Review Request Emails.

In this article, you’ll learn how to set up and send a Review Request Email to your customers.

❗IMPORTANT

You need to verify your sender email address before using this feature.

To enable Automated Review Request Emails, from Review → Settings menu,

1. Head over to General settings → Review requests tab.
2. In the Review request messages -> Advanced settings tab, toggle on Send email to customers with fulfilled orders option.
   

3. You can edit the email title and preview the email on admin page.

   • This is the default template of request email.

     

   • You can customize your shop logo on 👤 Setting menu.
   • To customize the text, please let us know by submitting a form.

    

4. You can also send a test email before sending request emails to your customers.

5. Click Save.
