You can collect reviews from your customers using CREMA’s automated Review Request Emails.

Enable / disable Automated Review Request Emails
To enable Automated Review Request Emails,
- Head over to Review → Messages → Message settings menu
- Toggle on Send email to customers with fulfilled orders option in Sending methods tab.
- Click Save.
Customize the review request timing
You can customize the review request timing under Message settings → General settings → Request timing.
⌘ Automated Review Request Emails will be sent 14 days after the order fulfilled by default.
Customize the email title
You can edit the review request email title and preview the email on admin page.

- You can customize your shop logo on 👤 Setting menu.
- To customize the text, please let us know by submitting a form.
- You can also send a test email before sending request emails to your customers.
