You can collect reviews from your customers using CREMA’s automated Review Request Emails.
In this article, you’ll learn how to set up and send a Review Request Email to your customers.
❗IMPORTANT
You need to verify your sender email address before using this feature.
To enable Automated Review Request Emails, from Review → Settings menu,
- Head over to General settings → Review requests tab.
- In the Review request messages -> Advanced settings tab, toggle on Send email to customers with fulfilled orders option.

You can edit the email title and preview the email on admin page.

This is the default template of request email.
- You can customize your shop logo on 👤 Setting menu.
- To customize the text, please let us know by submitting a form.

You can also send a test email before sending request emails to your customers.

Click Save.
Automated Review Request Emails will be sent 14 days after the order fulfilled by default. |
