You can collect reviews from your customers using CREMA’s automated review request emails.

You need to verify your sender email address before using this feature.

Enable / disable Automated Review Request Emails
To enable Automated Review Request Emails,
- Head over to Review → Messages → Message settings menu
- Toggle on Send review request emails to fulfilled customers option in Sending methods tab.
- Click Save.
Customize the review request timing
You can customize the review request timing under Message settings → General settings → Request timing.
⌘ Automated Review Request Emails will be sent 14 days after the order fulfilled by default.
Customize the email content and design
You can customize the content and appearance of the review request emails in the Email content and design settings.
The following components are customizable :
- Email subject
- Background color
- Spacing by element
- Header image
- Highlighted body text and color
- General body text and color
- Text color of products to be reviewed
- Review button text and color
- Store & SNS links
- Unsubscribe message text color
- No reply email notice text and color
Before sending review request emails to customers, you can send a test email by clicking Send test email.
