You can collect reviews from your customers using CREMA’s automated review request emails. In this article, you’ll learn how to set up and send a review request email to your customers.

STEP 1. Enable / disable Automated Review Request Emails
To enable Automated Review Request Emails, please follow these steps:
- Head over to the Review > Messages > Message settings menu.
- Toggle on the Send review request emails to fulfilled customers option located within the Sending methods tab.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
STEP 2. Customize the review request timing
You can precisely customize the timing for when review requests are sent to your customers.
By default, Automated Review Request Emails are scheduled to be sent 14 days after the order has been fulfilled.
You can adjust this duration to better align with your customer's post-purchase experience by navigating to the Message settings > General settings > Request timing section.
STEP 3. Customize the email content and design
You have comprehensive options to customize both the content and visual appearance of your review request emails.

The following components within your review request emails are fully customizable:
- Email subject: Define the compelling subject line that your customers will see in their inboxes.

- Header image: Upload a custom header image or logo to prominently brand your emails.
- Highlighted body text and color: Customize specific sections of text with highlighting and distinct colors.
- General body text and color: Set the default font color and style for the main content of your email.
- Text color of products to be reviewed: Change the color of the text displaying the product(s) for which a review is being requested.
- Review button text and color: Personalize the call-to-action button's text (e.g., "Write a Review") and its background color.
- Store & SNS links: Easily add or modify links to your online store and social media channels.
- Unsubscribe message text color: Adjust the color of the unsubscribe message text at the bottom of the email.
- No reply email notice text and color: Customize the text and color of the "no reply" notice, if applicable.
