STEP 1. Access Settings

To begin, click the User Profile icon, conveniently located at the top right corner of your CREMA REVIEW dashboard. From the dropdown menu, proceed to select the Setting menu option.

STEP 2. Enter Sender Email Address

Setting > Store setting > Sender email address

Within the Setting menu, navigate to the Store setting tab. Locate the Sender email address field and carefully enter the email address you wish to use for sending review requests and coupon codes. After entering the email, click the Request change button to submit your update.

STEP 3. Verify Your Email

After requesting the change, open your email inbox. Look for an email with the subject "Verify your CREMA sender email address". Inside this email, click the Verify email button to complete the verification process.
