Customizing the settings of a particular widget

CREMA provides extensive customization options for widgets to align with your store’s identity.

In addition to the general settings that apply to all widgets collectively, you have the ability to customize each widget individually in detail.

❗IMPORTANT

• You need to configure the settings separately for both PC and mobile widgets.
• The available customization settings for each widget may differ.

Basic understanding of CREMA widget tabs

CREMA widgets are organized into two categories: Product reviews and All reviews.

• Product reviews : These widgets are installed on product pages and display reviews specific to a particular product. They allow customers to view reviews related only to the product they are viewing.
• All reviews : These widgets are installed on other pages, such as the homepage, dedicated review pages, or any non-product page. They can display reviews for all products in your store, offering a broader view of customer feedback across your entire catalog.

Some widgets are available exclusively in either the Product reviews or All reviews category, while others can be found in both.

You need to navigate to the appropriate widget tab and configure the settings for the desired widget.

For instance, if you wish to customize the Reviews Carousel installed on the main page, you should go to All reviews → Carousel style widget settings to adjust the settings.

Please be noted that you need to configure the settings separately for both PC and mobile widgets.
