Configuring reward conditions and amount

You can set up the reward conditions and amount in Reward Settings.

❗IMPORTANT

These settings only help you to calculate the estimated reward amount of eligible reviews.
Reward will not be automatically given. You need to reward coupons in Reviews&rewards menu.

Set up reward conditions

You can set up reward conditions based on multiple criteria.

1. From Review → Settings menu, go to General settings → Rewards.
2. In Reward conditions tab, configure the conditions you want and click Save.
   ⌘ You can choose to give rewards only for reviews submitted within certain days after fulfilled, mandatory Custom Questions to be input to get reward (if any), maximum reward amount per order, blocklist products from reward, etc.
   
   
   

Set up the reward amount

You can set up different reward amount for different review types in Rewards → Reward amount tab. For example, you can offer bigger rewards for photo/video review or long text review to motivate customers to submit high-quality reviews.

Basic rewards

In general, you can add reward conditions based on the number of characters of the review content. You can also offer different reward amount for text reviews and photo/video reviews.

Available basic reward conditions are as below :

1. By order amount
   This option allows you to offer rewards based on the the total order amount and purchased product price.
   
   ⭐ Using this option, you can set the reward to be given only if the total order amount and product price are above certain value, etc.
   
   
   
   
2. By submitted sequence
   This option allows you to offer rewards based on the submitted sequence of reviews.
   
   ⭐ Using this option, you can set a higher reward for first review submitted within an order to encourage customers who haven't written any review to submit their first reviews.
   
   
   
   
3. % of purchase price
   This option allows you to offer rewards based on the % of purchase price. 
   
   ⭐ Reviewers will get a fixed amount coupon. The coupon amount is calculated based on the purchase price of the product that the reviewer submitted a review for.
   
   
   

Advanced settings

You can configure to give rewards to certain reviews only or offer additional rewards in addition to the basic rewards to encourage customers to submit certain reviews.
