STEP 1. Set up reward conditions
You can set up reward conditions based on multiple criteria.
- From the Review β Settings menu, navigate to General settings β Rewards settings.
- In the Reward conditions tab, configure your desired conditions and click Save.
β You can choose to give rewards only for reviews submitted within certain days after fulfillment, mandate Custom Questions to be input to get a reward (if any), set a maximum reward amount per order, blocklist products from rewards, etc.
STEP 2. Set up the reward amount
You can set up different reward amounts for various review types in the Rewards β Reward amount tab. For example, you can offer larger rewards for photo/video reviews or long text reviews to motivate customers to submit high-quality content.
Basic rewards
In general, you can add reward conditions based on the number of characters in the review content. You can also offer different reward amounts for text reviews and photo/video reviews.
Available basic reward conditions are as below:

By order amount
This option allows you to offer rewards based on the total order amount and purchased product price.
β Using this option, you can set the reward to be given only if the total order amount and product price are above a certain value, etc.

By submitted sequence
This option allows you to offer rewards based on the submitted sequence of reviews.
β Using this option, you can set a higher reward for the first review submitted within an order to encourage customers who haven't written any reviews to submit their first reviews.

% of purchase price
This option allows you to offer rewards based on the % of purchase price.
β Reviewers will get a fixed amount coupon. The coupon amount is calculated based on the purchase price of the product that the reviewer submitted a review for.
Advanced settings
You can configure to give rewards to certain reviews only or offer additional rewards in addition to the basic rewards to encourage customers to submit certain reviews.
