STEP 1. Creating social media reviews
Follow these steps to link social media content to a specific product as a staff review:
- Navigate to the Review management menu and select Manage by product.
- Locate the specific product you wish to review and click the Add/manage review button.
- Click the Add staff review button to open the creation window.
- In the Review types dropdown menu, select Staff review - Social media.
- Compose your review content and enter the complete URL of the Instagram or YouTube post you wish to display.
- Click the Save button to publish the social media staff review immediately.
STEP 2. Controlling the display of staff review notices
By default, staff reviews display a notice: "This review is published by Store administrator."
