What is review syndication between stores?
This is a specialized feature that allows the transfer and synchronization of reviews between different stores that both use CREMA Review. Please note that this service is provided as a paid add-on, separate from the standard CREMA Review subscription.
- Direction: Reviews written on Store A (Source) can be synced to Store B (Target).
- Duration: Reviews are syndicated based on the duration paid for.
- Criteria: The syndication start date is determined by the "Review Creation Date."
Pricing and billing information
Fees are charged based on the duration for which you want to syndicate reviews. The cost is billed to the store receiving the reviews (the target store).
- 90 days: $120
- 180 days: $240
- 365 days: $480
โ Payment Process Detail: You cannot pay for this service immediately. After you submit the application form, CREMA will verify your account status (Plan eligibility, etc.) and then activate the payment window in your administration dashboard.
If you request syndication for multiple stores, fees are charged per individual connection. For example, if Store C requests to syndicate reviews to both Store A and Store B, the fees for CโA and CโB will be charged separately to Store A and Store B respectively.
How to apply
Please submit your request through the application form below.

- Submitted applications are processed by the relevant department in the order they are received.
- Processing typically takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.
- Once processed, CREMA will enable the payment window for you to finalize the transaction.
- Before submitting, please review the essential checklist below.
โ IMPORTANT
- Plan Eligibility: Both stores must be on the Flexible or Unlimited plan. If you are on a Free plan, you must upgrade before applying.

- Custom Questions : Unique ID values for custom questions may differ between stores, meaning this specific data might not sync perfectly.
Technical configuration details
1. Syndication Direction
- Review syndication can be set as 'One-way' or 'Two-way'
- For 'Two-way' syncing, fees are charged to both stores.
- Reviews categorized as 'Synced Review' (already synced from elsewhere) or 'Hidden Review' are excluded from the syndication process.
2. Personal Information Masking
- Personal information within the syndicated reviews will be masked for privacy.
- Customer name, Email, and Phone number will be masked. However, the Member ID will not be masked.
3. Store & Product Matching
- Store Matching: Only 1:1 matching is supported. It is not possible to sync multiple stores into one (e.g., AโC and BโC simultaneously is not supported).
- Product Matching: Products must be matched 1:1. Syndication cannot proceed if there are duplicate products.
- Different Product IDs: If the two stores use different product numbers, CREMA will perform the initial product matching once. For any products added after the initial setup, the store operator must manually match them to ensure reviews sync correctly.
4. Global Store Translation
- Reviews from a domestic (Korean) store are automatically translated by the review widget when syndicated to a global/overseas store.
- The translation service is provided for free based on Google's translation API.
- Note: Due to potential changes in Googleโs policies, translation services may be suspended without prior notice. As this is separate from the core syndication function, refunds cannot be provided due to translation unavailability. Please consider this before applying.
