STEP 1. Creating a review sync

Follow these steps to set up a new synchronization between products.

1.  Navigate to the Create review sync tab and enter a unique name for the sync group to help you identify it later.
2. Select the desired sync method from the following options:
   • One-way sync: Reviews flow from a source product to a target product.
   • Two-way sync: Reviews are shared mutually between products.
   • Grouping sync: Multiple products are grouped together to share all reviews within the group.
3. Click the Add product button to select which products will send reviews and which will receive them.
4. Click the Create button to finalize and activate the review sync.

STEP 2. Managing review syncs

Once your syncs are created, you can monitor and modify them as needed.

1. In the Manage review sync tab, you can view a comprehensive list of all active synchronizations.
2. Use the Featured reviews management tab to select and manage which specific reviews should be highlighted for the synced products.
3. Click the View/edit button to modify the product list within a sync, or click Delete to remove a synchronization entirely.
