Understanding purchase history sync in CREMA Review
Many features in CREMA Review are based on a customer’s purchase history. For example:
- You can restrict review writing permissions to customers who have made a purchase.
- You can display a Review Request pop-up to returning customers who have a purchase history.
To enable these features, CREMA syncs order data from your Shopify store to identify purchase history. This sync happens automatically twice a day, at approximately 2:00 AM and 2:00 PM KST.
❗IMPORTANT
Customer purchase history is not reflected in CREMA immediately after a purchase. It will only appear after the next scheduled sync.
Manually syncing order data
If you need to update purchase history data immediately, you can manually sync order data:
- Go to Review → Settings.
- Navigate to General Settings → Sync.
- Click Sync orders data manually.
⌘ You can manually sync orders that were created or updated within the last 2 days using this option.
