With CREMA Review triggers in Shopify Flow, you can initiate automated workflows the moment a review event occurs. Common use cases include:

• You must ensure that both the CREMA Review app and the Shopify Flow app are installed on your store.

To create a workflow using CREMA triggers, follow these steps:

STEP 1. Navigate to Shopify Flow

In your Shopify admin, click on Shopify Flow to access the automation platform.

STEP 2. Create a New Workflow

Click the Create Workflow button to start building your automation based on review events.

STEP 3. Select a CREMA Trigger

Click Select a trigger and search for "CREMA" to choose the event that will start your workflow.

💡 Available triggers: review with order posted (when a review is submitted) and review with order published (when a review is approved).

STEP 4. Add a Condition

Click Add condition to filter reviews by specific criteria (e.g., only trigger for 5-star ratings).

💡 Available variables: message, rating, imagesCount, videosCount, customerEmail, and review ID (the review ID variable is only available for the 'Review with order published' trigger).

STEP 5. Define an Action

Click Add action to select what should happen (e.g., "Send marketing email" or "Add loyalty points").

STEP 6. Save and Turn On

Click Save, name your workflow, and ensure it is turned on to start automating.
