STEP 1. Open Shopify Theme Editor

Online Store > Themes
  1. From your Shopify admin dashboard, navigate to Online Store and then select Themes.
  2. On the Themes page, locate the specific theme where you wish to install the CREMA widgets. Click the Customize button associated with that theme to open the theme editor.

STEP 2. Enable CREMA Review core snippet

The CREMA Review core snippet is essential for the proper functioning and display of all CREMA widgets on your store. Follow these detailed steps to ensure it is active:

  1. Within Shopify's theme editor, look for and click on App embeds in the left-hand sidebar menu.
  2. Inside the App embeds section, locate the CREMA Review core snippet. Toggle the switch to turn it ON. Once enabled, remember to click the Save button to apply your changes.

STEP 3. Add the widgets using app blocks

After ensuring the CREMA Review core snippet is enabled, you can now add specific CREMA widgets using app blocks:

  1. From the Sections menu, click Add section. Scroll down and select Apps, then click Add block.
  2. Select the specific CREMA app blocks you wish to display. You can change the position by dragging the block up or down.
  3. Click the Save button to publish these changes.
