In addition to Reviews Dashboard, CREMA provides Products Dashboard which allows you to manage reviews by products. This article explores the basic components of CREMA Products Dashboard.

Navigation to Products Dashboard
From Review tab, you can access Products Dashboard by clicking Review management → Manage by product.
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| 1. Product | Show all products listed in your store |
| 2. Product number | Identification number of the product |
| 3. Number of reviews | Total reviews received for the product |
| 4. Number of photo/video reviews | Total photo/video reviews received for the product |
| 5. Reviews submission rate | Total reviews received divided by total review requests sent |
| 6. Ratings | The average of reviews rating received |
| 7. Status | Featured reviews, Staff reviews and/or Group reviews if any |
| 8. Show reviews | Show reviews of the product or all Group reviews |
| 9. Write/manage reviews | Manage Featured reviews, write/manage Staff reviews |
Search, filter, and sort reviews
The Products Dashboard provides the following tools for searching, sorting, and filtering products.
