Importing reviews to CREMA

You can import your existing reviews from your previous review solution apps, so you can present all reviews collected outside CREMA.

❗IMPORTANT

Currently CREMA supports importing reviews from Shopify Product Reviews and Judge.me only. If you want to import reviews from other review solution apps, please submit your CSV file of reviews here and we will import your reviews for you.

To import your reviews from your previous sources :

1. From Review tab, go to Review management.
2. Click Import reviews.
3. Select your previous review solution apps that you want to import review from and upload CSV file.
4. Click Upload.
5. The import result will be shown on Import log section.
